Stellar MLS December 2024 Residential Stats - This report represents all residential listings in the Stellar MLS coverage area for December 2024. _ For the Stellar MLS Florida coverage area, notable statistics state that: * Inventory levels have increased by 1% compared to the previous month and are up 24% year-over-year. * The average days to sell have increased month over month and are up 38% compared to the previous year. *Months of inventory levels decreased month over month by 17% and are significantly higher than the previous year, driven by an increase in available inventory. *New listings have decreased by 17% month over month and have increased by 11% year over year. *The average sale price has increased by 2% compared to the previous month and is down 1% from last year's average.

In the Stellar MLS Florida coverage area, recent statistics highlight the following trends: New Listings: While there has been a slight decrease in new listings month over month, there is an increase compared to last year. Active listings have also seen a slight month-over-month increase, with a significant 54% rise year over year. Units Sold: The number of units sold has remained steady from the previous month and shows a modest 2% increase year over year. Inventory levels mirror this trend, with a 54% increase over the past year. Total Sales Volume: Sales volume decreased by 5% from the previous month but shows a 3% increase compared to last year. Average Days on Market: The average days on the market decreased month-over-month, although they increased by 38% compared to last year.

Inventory increased by 29% for the same time frame. * Total Sales Volume decreased by 20% month over month but has increased by 10% year over year. * Average Days on Market have increased month over month and has increased since the previous year.
