New listings rose by 6% compared to the previous month but declined by 12% compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, active listings increased from the previous month but are still 3% lower compared to the previous year. The number of units sold increased by 2% compared to the previous month but saw an 8% decline year over year. Inventory decreased by 3% during the same timeframe. Total sales volume increased by 4% compared to the previous month but declined by 3% compared to the previous year. Average days on market remained unchanged compared to the previous month but have more than doubled since the previous year.
