JUNE STATS
Here are June Stats in the stellar coverage area, which includes about 20 counties from Alachua County down to Punta Gouda and Port Charlotte Area, plus Puerto Rico. Buyers on the sideline are still waiting for interest rates to come down or some market adjustment. Again, to these statistics, we do not see this on the horizon, but anything is possible.
I am primarily in Pinellas County, which would incorporate cities such as Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs. Prices have yet to come down. Inventory is tight at only a two-month supply. Yes, sellers are waiting a little bit longer to sell at 43 days on average, but what supply is out there is being bought up as long as the seller agrees on a price structure within the market value of their home, which would be an equitable price for both parties. Using the tools available to all agents can make this possible.
